YattaJapan offers 3 shipping options for your orders. Time and prices depend on the recipient country, but you can get an estimation by going in your shopping cart!

Please note that :
- All the packages are sent with a tracking number provided in your confirmation of expedition email
- For Express shipping, the carrier will be determined depending on the recipient country and the order’s weight/volume
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Eco (SAL) method has been globally suspended and additional costs may apply for the standard shipping method.
We are doing our best to process orders within 48h during the week. A confirmation email is sent when the order has been shipped. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be shipped the next Monday or Tuesday.
NOTICE: With Airmail delivery to FRANCE & GERMANY, the status of your order is only updated once your package is handled in Europe, 7 to 10 working days after your order. You will then receive the tracking number and it will arrive within a few days! Don't worry if the tracking number doesn't appear quickly, your order is on its way anyway!
72h have passed and you still haven’t received the shipping confirmation email?
Make sure to check your spams first, if it is not there, wait a few hours, the email can take some time to arrive. If after 72h you still haven’t received anything, send us a message via our contact form ! With Airmail delivery to FRANCE & GERMANY, the shipping confirmation email is only sent once your package is handled in Europe, 7 to 10 working days after your order.
In your shipping confirmation email, you will also get a tracking number, thanks to which you will be able to track your order no matter what shipping method you chose!
The Japanese post closes during holidays and bank holidays, and these days are not necessarily the same in every countries! Which is why it is possible for an order to take a few more days to get to you, don’t worry!
Due to the pandemic, additional costs are to be expected on deliveries.
For all European orders, VAT is charged at checkout and you won't have any additional fees to pay once your parcel arrives!
For other countries, in rare conditions, VAT & custom charges may be required at the delivering stage of the parcel. We have no control over those fees which are the customer's responsibility.
