Some products can be pre-ordered, this means that we register your reservation and ship it to you once it gets available, around the date specified on the product page. It is impossible to get a precise date of release of a product in advance.
Be careful not to mix pre-orders and in-stock products when filling your cart, for you order will be shipped once all the product are available!

The Japanese post closes during holidays and bank holidays, and these days are not necessarily the same in every countries! Which is why it is possible for an order to take a few more days to get to you, don’t worry! Sometimes mailmen forget to leave a delivery notice, so if you feel like your order is taking too long, don’t hesitate in checking its status thanks to the tracking number.
